Cancellation Policy – Language Stay Program

1. Cancellation by the Participant

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing (by email or post). The date of receipt of the request will be used to determine the applicable cancellation fees.

The following fees apply: As To confirm the booking, a 15% deposit is required.

• More than 30 days before departure: full refund of the deposit ( excluding non-refundable administrative fees.(20 euros)

2. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (serious illness, accident, death of a close relative), a partial refund or a postponement may be offered upon presentation of official supporting documents. Each case will be reviewed individually.

3. Cancellation or Modification by the Organizer

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the program in the event of exceptional circumstances ( health situations, etc.).

In such cases:

• A rescheduled program or an alternative solution will be offered, or
• A full refund will be issued, without any additional compensation.

4. Early Termination of the Program

Any program that is interrupted or shortened by the participant (for personal, disciplinary, or other reasons) will not be eligible for any refund.
